Humanistic Counselling focuses on personal growth. Sessions focus on the whole of the clients experience; feelings, thoughts and actions. It encourages self awareness in the here and now and helps individuals to take responsibility for their own healing. It can include creative experiments to help the client express and explore themselves. This can help people heal and start to live a life where they can reach their full potential.
